Description of Services:
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is a federal
agency of the Department of Health an Human Service. Medicare is the
nation’s largest health contributed to the Social Security or
Railroad Retirement system, people under 65 who have received Social
Security disability benefits for at least two years, and people with
permanent kidney failure. If you have Medicare questions or need

are a private, non-profit serving older persons in 19 Central
Missouri Counties, including Washington County. We provides such
services as: Information & Assistance, care coordination, congregate
and home-delivered meals, senior centers, respite care,
