  • Description of Services: Services are made available to allow the elderly (age 60 or order) and persons with disabilities age 18-59 to remain in their homes. The service recipient must meet specific guidelines concerning economic, social, and care needs to be eligible for home and community services. A division staff performs assessments and determines the services necessary to meet the needs of each person.
